Our goal is to become the world’s first net-zero psychology department by 2030, advancing climate action in our department and beyond.

Through collaborative action, evidence-based research, and community engagement, we demonstrate that academic and research excellence can exist without carbon costs, setting a model for other departments and institutions to address the climate crisis.

Psychology Climate Action Committee
This committee of faculty, staff, and students work to reduce greenhouse gas emissions of our departmental activities and operations, while improving the efficacy of our research and teaching and the overall well-being of the psychology community.
