A new strategic direction for UBC Psychology.
Developed through consultation with our community, our 2026 Strategic Plan sets out a shared vision for the future of the department.
The priorities outlined in our strategic plan are based on comprehensive engagement with the UBC Psychology community including faculty, staff, post-doctoral fellows, graduate students, and undergraduate students. This strategic plan is intended to advance our excellence in research, scholarship, and teaching—as well as our operations and governance.
When applicable, we highlight where our departmental strategic priorities align with the Faculty of Arts Strategic Plan and UBC’s Strategic Directions.
