How do couples aged 60 and above experience time alone in their everyday lives?
The Health and Adult Development Lab has launched a study exploring everyday activities and wellbeing of older adults. The research team is seeking to gain knowledge about activities older adults engage in by themselves and together with other people in everyday life. In particular they are aiming to understand how partners might influence each other’s feelings and behaviours.
If you and your partner are aged sixty or older, live in Canada and are both keen to participate, we would love to hear from you.
Participation: If you choose to participate, you and your partner will be asked to complete initial background information and then brief, daily morning and evening surveys over the course of two weeks.
Eligibility Requirements: Participating partners must be 60 years or older, living in Canada, and co-residing.
Compensation: Volunteers receive a President’s Choice online gift card of up to $90.
