Cameron (she/her) is a graduate student working under the supervision of Dr. Andrew Baron. Prior to joining the Social Cognitive Development Lab, she completed a B.A. in Psychology and Women & Gender Studies at the University of Texas at Austin. She is primarily interested in how children learn gender norms and develop biases, as well as form their own gender identities and expressions.


Research

Her research interests include gender identity development in childhood, bias and stereotype development, social norm learning, and children’s media.
