Dr. Elizabeth Dunn wins SESP Career Trajectory Award

Dr.Elizabeth Dunn

Dr. Elizabeth Dunn, a professor in the department of psychology at UBC, has been recognized by the Society of Experimental Social Psychology (SESP) as the recipient of its 2024 Career Trajectory Award.

The Career Trajectory Award celebrates scientific contributions made in the early-to-mid stages of a research career. Typically, the recipient will be named during the ten-year period following tenure. The award is intended to recognize uniquely creative and influential scholarly productivity.

“I'm so honoured (and surprised!) to have received this award. My amazing UBC colleagues Jessica Tracy and Steven Heine also won this award in previous years, and now that I've won, UBC has more Career Trajectory Award winners than any other university in the world. I think it's a wonderful testament to the intellectually dynamic environment in our department.”
Professor, UBC Psychology
