Hosted by the UBC Psychology Graduate Student Council, Psychfest is an annual event where second-year psychology MA and new PhD students present their research to the entire psychology community.
Psychfest 2022 will be conducted in a two-day in-person/virtual hybrid structure, with the option to attend all sessions via Zoom. Zoom link will be provided upon registration.
This year we are taking a journey to Middle Earth with the Lord of the Rings theme!
DAY 1 – April 28, 2022:
- In-person student talks
[3 pm – 4:30 pm]
- Highly anticipated Keynote Speakers Dr. Hanne de Jaegher and Dr. Theo Rosenfeld on Distributed cognition as a means of re-defining relationships with each other and the living world.
DAY 2 – April 29, 2022:
- Virtual Zoom student talks, with attendees reconvening in-person for the Award Presentations and a celebratory BOH!
Note: that if you intend on attending the student talks and the keynote speakers, you must register for both PsychFest and the Invited Keynotes.
