Developing EDI Competencies Workshop

In this workshop, members of the Psychology EDI Committee will provide guidance about how to gain these competencies while in graduate school or as a postdoc. We will also discuss how to describe these competencies in an effective way in an EDI statement or job interview. The panelists will share their experiences evaluating candidates’ EDI contributions in the recent faculty job search. This workshop is geared for graduate students and postdocs in the Psychology Department, but all department members* are welcome to attend.
