Join us for a virtual conversation with Andrew Stobo Sniderman and Douglas Sanderson about their book, The Valley of the Birdtail: An Indian Reserve, a White Town, and the Road to Reconciliation. The book has won numerous awards and, more importantly, has been sparking meaningful conversations about racism, colonization, and reconciliation throughout Canada. This is a special edition of the Anti-Racist Book Club co-hosted by the Psychology and Educational and Counseling Psychology Departments with special support from the Learning Enhancement area of the Psychology Department.

We welcome you to the conversation whether or not you have finished the book but encourage you to read any amount of it beforehand and come with your questions. See information below with regards to a discounted group order and the book is readily available from the Vancouver Public Library.
