Tara oversees all the aspects of administration including human resources, finances, and facilities, and is responsible for implementing the strategic planning and daily operations of the department.

Tara administers, manages, and controls the department’s budget, is responsible for all staff-related matters, administers building space, develops and formulates department operating procedures, represents the department at non-academic university meetings, and acts as a resource person to all staff and faculty.

Tara is proud to have worked at UBC Psychology for more than 20 years. She lives in Richmond with her husband, two teenagers and one large cat.
