Nicole (she/her) is a PhD student in the Health Psychology Program. She graduated from the University of Waterloo (2020) in psychology and worked as a lab manager at the University of Waterloo, before completing her Master’s in Health Psychology at UBC (2023). Her research uses ecological momentary assessment (EMA) to evaluate how daily stress relates to cognitive performance, and whether modifiable health factors (physical activity, sleep, etc.) may buffer this relationship. She is particularly interested in aging, and how these dynamics may differ across the adult lifespan.
