Jackie is a member of the Graduate Policy and Coordination Committee, and works closely with the Associate Head of Graduate Affairs in managing all aspects of the Graduate Program. She provides support to graduate students from admissions to graduation, and advise students and faculty members regarding departmental and university requirements and policies. As well, Jackie conducts preliminary evaluations of all admissions applications and serve as a liaison with Faculty of Graduate & Post-doctoral Studies. In addition, she also works closely with the Chair of the Fellowship Committee to managing all graduate level award adjudications.

Jackie serves as a member of the TA Committee and manages all TA assignments.
