She likes to eat bamboo leaves. She likes to sleep on shoes. She likes to climb under the bed by opening the drawers at the bottom of the bed herself. She is … Gemina, a Muted Calico cat who belongs to Wansu Qu, a UBC Neuroscience graduate student.
Gemina seems to be quite the exploratory cat as Wansu reflects on a time she explored the outdoors.
“One day, she somehow opened the window screen and jumped out of the open window onto an unreachable balcony outside. We didn’t see how long she had been outside, but we saw her climbing her way back inside when we got home from work.”
She is also a cat of many names as she answers to any of the following iterations of her name: Jemmie Jam, JemJem, Jam, JemJam, Jewel the third, Little Jem, Baby Jem, or little baby Jem.
