We are pleased to announce that Dr. Darko Odic and Dr. Mark Lam are the recipients of the 2017 Knox Teaching Awards.
Each year, the Department of Psychology honours two outstanding individuals in the department who have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to the education of students. These awards recognize and celebrate psychology faculty whose teaching practice is both exemplary and inspiring.
Dr. Darko Odic, recipient of the Faculty Award, is an assistant professor in developmental psychology and cognitive science. His research is at the intersection of cognitive development, psychophysics, and psycholinguistics.
Dr. Mark Lam, a lecturer in the department of psychology, received the Sessional Award. Lam currently teaches sections in Introductory Psychology. His research interests are in the scholarship of teaching and learning, health psychology, specifically dyadic stress and coping.
