GRIP Study

The UBC Health and Adult Development Lab is inviting couples to participate in a study on everyday goals and activities. The GRIP Study (Goal Regulation in Individuals and Partners) help UBC researchers better understand how partners can support each other to pursue valued goals.

Who can take part:

  • Couples aged 60 years and above

What’s involved:

  • Interview sessions, computerized tasks, and everyday questionnaires on a tablet for 10 days. Technology skills not required!

What is in it for us?:

  • Receive one tablet per couple or monetary reimbursement. Get a free technology workshop.
