Daily Experiences and Health Study

Ever wonder how the ups and downs of daily life affect your health?

The UPLIFT Health Lab at UBC is conducting a remote study on how daily experiences contribute to emotional well-being and health. Participants will be asked to complete mobile surveys and provide health assessments as they go about their day-to-day activities.

Adults 25 years of age and older.

What’s involved

  • 2 online interviews (approximately 1 hour each). Repeated 1 year and 2 years after the initial study participation.
  • Completion of mobile surveys and track of health through sleep watch, actigraph, and saliva/drool collection.
  • Each participant will receive gift cards worth up to $50 ($150 across the 3 annual assessments) and personalized reports of their physical activity and sleep.
