UPLIFT Health Lab: Volunteer Research Assistants

The UPLIFT Health Lab (PI: Dr. Nancy Sin) is looking for volunteer Research Assistants who can work 6-8 hours a week for at least 2 semesters.

Opportunity 

Are you a highly motivated and dedicated student? Perfect! As a member of the team for the Daily Experiences and Health study, RAs will be involved in preparing study materials, running remote participant sessions, and entering and cleaning data.

RAs are expected to participate in bi-weekly lab meetings, in which we hold journal club discussions, research presentations, professional development workshops, and discussions on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI).

Summary of UPLIFT Health Lab Research

The UPLIFT Health Lab is focused on understanding biological and behavioural mechanisms linking daily experiences to long-term health and aging. We are interested in the role of positive experiences in stress and coping, as well as the day-to-day dynamics of psychosocial well-being, sleep, and other health behaviours.
