Pets of UBC Psych: Hanee

Also known as “Little Hanee Doge” or “E Hane”, Hanee is the lovely pet of undergraduate student, Amanda Baker. Hanee is a 4-year-old Pomeranian who thinks she is the toughest dog in the world. She acts extremely protective the first few times you meet her, but after a few days, she becomes the sweetest dog you’ll ever meet.

Hanee loves taking naps and has random outbursts of energy. She loves to cuddle and take pictures! She is also very awkward around other dogs. She also will use her cute puppy eyes to lure you into giving her bones, and once she gets ahold of them, she will protect them for dear life.

Hanee can also be a little mischievous. Amanda recounts that “when we went to pick up Hanee, we were extremely excited! On our way back home, my brother and I were arguing over whose lap she gets to sit on in the car. My brother won the argument and took Hanee to sit on his lap. However, after a few minutes, she starts peeing on him hahaha!”
