IT Helpdesk support is available throughout the year to departmental staff, faculty and research labs in need of expertise with computer software and hardware.
Help is available for requests relating to:
- Troubleshooting PC and MAC desktop and laptop computers in offices and labs.
- Installation/upgrading of licensed software on a computer.
- Peripherals (printers, scanners, external storage) setup.
- Setup of new computer desktop and laptop systems.
